Nippon Express Holdings has launched NX-VISTA, a platform to centralize order, shipment and inventory data to give companies visibility of their operations from order to delivery.
The Japanese NX group, through Nippon Express Holdings, launched on 17 August 2026 NX-VISTA, a platform that aggregates information from different supply chain management systems.
In particular, the tool links data on orders, tracking shipments and inventory in warehouses from references such as purchase order numbers and item references. It thus makes it possible to consult this information on a centralized dashboard.
The platform collects supplier shipping data, carrier tracking and inventory levels in the same interface. It also supports operations involving several carriers, including companies outside the NX Group.
In this way, users can simultaneously monitor the status of goods in transit and stock levels, with the aim of facilitating decisions related to resupply, shipment and stock optimization.
NX-VISTA also includes a visualization of production, sales and inventory data, referred to as PSI. This functionality should enable companies to identify the risk of rupture or, conversely, over-storage more quickly.
The development of the platform takes place as companies face more complex supply chains and geopolitical risks that could disrupt the flow of goods.
Nippon Express Holdings plans to gradually expand the functionality of NX-VISTA. The next developments announced include monitoring tools for key performance indicators (KPIs), enhanced risk management features, chatbots using artificial intelligence, and compatibility with smartphones and tablets. The group also plans API integration with its customers' IT systems
